From the Wyoming Highway Patrol:
On November 14th of this year, the Wyoming Highway Patrol investigated a fatal crash north of Chugwater, Wyoming that took the life of Guernsey, Wyoming resident Jason Harmon. Mr. Harmon left behind an expecting wife and three children.
Last Saturday (Dec. 12th), Troopers from the Douglas, Wheatland and Guernsey area visited the Harmon family and delivered an early Christmas surprise through a monetary gift from the Wyoming Highway Patrol Association. The Troopers were able to present Tally Harmon and her family with the gift and K-9 Baxter got to spend some quality time with the kids.
